Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will provide work direction to shift leadership teams and subordinates to achieve safety, machine, quality, cost, and people objectives set by the customer and MAU.
You will manage the daily tasks of associates in manufacturing and material handling throughout various departments.

Associate degree OR 3
years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience leading teams and identifying hazards 1
years of experience in inventory control systems 1
years of experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Software Transactional software Microsoft Office proficiency Lean Greenbelt certification (preferred) Six Sigma manufacturing experience (preferred) Root cause analysis training (preferred) Food Safety and Defense experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate and lead a team of associates Problem-solving and analytical aptitude Strong decision-making skills with a customer or client focus Proven personal effectiveness and credibility Excellent clerical and computer skills Solid interpersonal skills Ability to work within industrial sites, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift 75 pounds Capacity to work 12-hour rotating shifts and occasionally travel for training and development
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead pre-shift meetings Attend scheduled daily performance meetings with the customer Manage employee work assignments based on turnover and call-offs Effectively communicate shift turnover Perform Gemba walks throughout the shift Verify production according to Hour by Hour Reporting Address issues that are below the target Document corrective actions Respond to and perform special requests from the customer Update communication boards (SQDC) Ensure operators follow standard work Implement countermeasures and apply containment Ensure company standards are maintained Ensure associate compliance with GMP, dress code, and MAU policies Manage MAU associates Sustain and support Leader Standard Work Management Crises (safety issues, injuries, property damage, etc.
) Provide continuous training efforts to improve the team's performance Oversee Process Improvement Coach and develop associates and support conflict resolution Facilitate security compliance and suspension of employees Promote and support a positive Safety Culture Ensure profitability by minimizing and eliminating property damage risks Provide post-accident reports and drug testing Maintain daily payroll and Kronos Support and operate within headcount allocations Manage expectations regarding MAU Safety Commitments Participate in continuous improvement projects Perform employee attendance counseling Actively participate in simple problem solving Perform other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Administration Business Process Improvement Coaching And Mentoring Communication Conflict Resolution Decision Making Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
