The ideal candidate will have good organizational and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Accounts Payable - including maintaining vendor profiles (W-9, 1099 reporting, coding and posting invoices and expense reports.nt
- Prepare monthly sales and use tax information, reconcile general ledger accountsnt
- Prepare monthly payroll journal entry and reconciliationnt
- Review general ledger accounts, prepare adjusting entriesnt
- Maintain fixed asset files, tagging assetsnt
- Asist Accounting Manager with other related duties as requiredn

- Bachelor's degree in accountingnt
- 5 years of accounting experiencent
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeepingnt
- Proficient in MS Officent
- Good organization skills and time managementn
