TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY WEEK II:
MONDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY
Responsibilities:
Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to:
meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.
Teaching group and individual basic living skills Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program Ensure efficient operation of the facility Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED Must be 21 years or older, Good MVR, and willing to submit to motor vehicle report check Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment
