Director of National Account and Corporate Fleet Operations

Job Summary:
The Director of National Account and Corporate Fleet Operations is responsible for ensuring the correct prioritization of National Account shipments and acting as a liaison between the Dispatch and Nation Account Customer Care Departments
Essential Functions:


  • Assist Operations and Dispatch with properly assigning drivers to and prioritizing shipments for National Account moves


  • Monitor National Account shipments and drivers throughout the move process


  • Work with the Quality Department to identify and develop dedicated drivers for National Account shipments


  • Track driver qualify scores and maintain a list of National Account Qualified drivers


  • Ensure drivers are qualified to carry National Account shipments prior to being assigned


  • Advise National Account Customer Care of any problems that arise on a National Account shipment and assist in resolving the issue.


  • Schedule and facilitate National Account status meetings as needed and attend all Operations meetings.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Good telephone skills


  • Knowledge of or ability to learn company software


  • Ability to problem solve in order to maximize driver effectiveness


  • Ability to resolve conflicts


  • Knowledge of DoT and DoD regulations


Required Education and Experience:


  • Required: Bachelor's degree


  • Required: Five years of customer service experience


  • Required: Three years of managerial experience


  • Preferred: Prior account management experience


  • Preferred: Prior experience in transportation or moving and storage industry

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
